tkabet Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the tkabet platform and its user ("you" or "Member"). tkabet (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") provides an online betting and casino service for players in Bangladesh.

2.2 Single Account Only

Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts under the same name, at the same address, from the same device, or using the same payment method is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

During registration, you must provide your true identity, correct contact details, and valid payment information. Providing false or incorrect information during registration is a direct violation of these Terms. 2.4 KYC Verification

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The welcome bonus must be wagered 25 times (25x) before it can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the original bonus amount. Example: If you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus may have its own specific terms that will be published alongside that offer.
• Bonuses are only usable on the tkabet platform and cannot be converted to cash.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically stated.
• Bonuses will expire if not used within the designated time from the date they were credited.

6.1 Bet Confirmation

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. All bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable game rules. If a bet becomes uncertain due to a technical error, tkabet will review it and make an appropriate decision.

6.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting (including cricket, football, and kabaddi), separate rules may apply for each event. In the event of a match cancellation or postponement, tkabet's decision on bet settlement will be considered final.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games (slots, live casino, table games) are operated by third-party game providers. Each game has its own rules, which can be found within the game software. Game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Progressive Jackpots

Progressive jackpot winnings will be distributed in accordance with the provider's rules. Large jackpot prizes will be paid out subject to verification.

6.5 Software Errors

Any winnings resulting from an error or malfunction in the gaming software will be considered void. In such cases, the staked bet amount will be refunded.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkabet platform and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds if violated:

• Collusion or coordinating with other players to gain an advantage
• Using automated bots or software to play

• Opening multiple accounts using false information

• Harassing or abusing other members
